The robot automatically detects diamond coordinates on the tray via high-speed optical feeds. Utilizing custom vacuum end-effectors, the SCARA arm instantly picks up the stone, stabilizing it and initiating the weight measurement sequence without human delay.

Features a high-resolution load-cell balance module that isolates external vibrations. Weight sensors communicate via dedicated serial ADCs at high frequency to record the exact carat mass up to three decimal places with absolute consistency.

Automatic Weight Classification

An integrated logic analyzer instantly evaluates the recorded weight against configurable sorting brackets. In less than 50 milliseconds, the software assigns the destination bin and plans the mechanical movement route.

Intelligent Diamond Sorting

After measurement, the robot places the diamond into the appropriate collection box according to its exact carat category. Advanced path-planning kinematics ensure smooth, accurate movement, eliminating physical impact or chipping risks.
